THE SEE-COUNT (How many times can Dubya start a sentence with "See," in a single outing?)

A tendency exists in Dubya's public speaking patterns. He relies heavily on starting sentences with "See, ..." It's like he's one those gangsters in the old movies. Here are some of examples of what we're talking about:
- See, if you're a small business owner or a large business owner and you're thinking about investing, you've got to be optimistic when you invest. (Feb. 9, 2004)
- See, we're now facing the first war of the 21st century. It's a different kind of war. (Apr. 20, 2004)
- See, when I got into Washington, I was convinced that too many children were just being shuffled through the schools grade after grade, year after year, without learning the basics. (Aug. 28, 2004)
