Counting Fun (The In-Other-Words-Count) (How many times can Dubya use the phrase "In other words" in a single outing?)
A tendency exists in Dubya's public speaking patterns. He seems to rely on the phrase "In other words" -- a lot -- in explaining himself in front of audiences. Now, there isn't anything necessarily wrong with this, but it's noteworthy nonetheless.
